In order to accentuate the landscape, the designers utilized an inverted "V" shaped structure and incorporated a standing seam roof over insulated panels to maximize the insulation value and accommodate a future solar system. A field applied plaster finish was applied over insulated wall panels. Perforated corrugated soffit panels were used throughout the exposed ceiling areas for a unique look. A steel framed cantilevered deck with decorative stone and tile was added to enjoy the breathtaking view.
