Another example of the architectural flexibility of steel structures... Stonegate Winery was designed with wood siding over insulated panels and a composition shake roof. Centered between the two pop-outs, is a curved exterior balcony that over looks the courtyard. Second floor offices and clearspans maximize the efficiency of the process area. In the front administrative offices, numerous windows allow for natural light. Communication and coordination between various members of the design team was vital for this project because of the complex framing and bracing limitations. |
