To maximize the amount of natural light in the building, translucent corrugated fiberglass panels were installed in the court yard roof along with custom ridge skylights. "Pre-Aged" corrugated galvalume roof panels were used to create a vintage looking building. A 6:12 roof pitch over the dining area has purlins raised above the rafters to accommodate the wood ceiling application. 

To meet the very tight construction schedule set by the clients, intensive design team coordination was required.
