The designers of this metal building attached wood siding to
insulated panels to give the appearance of a structure created
entirely out of wood. For visual appeal, ridge mounted cupolas were
added on the standing seam roof. Peay winery has galvalume framing and
was built over a sub terrain cellar. To accommodate winery equipment,
punch down rails were installed.
