This spec/lease metal building was designed to have a "barn"
appearance. The exterior of the building has many lines to give it
character while at the same time taking advantage of the cost savings of
metal siding. To meet the space requirements of future tenants, the
designers allowed as much flexibility as possible for dividing the
interior space for tenants.
