This is a 90,000 square foot Case Good storage building with an attached 30,000 square foot Bottling Room and a 15,000 square foot office. Fetzer's commitment to green design led them to metal. The steel used in metal buildings is made from at least 70% recycled steel. Also, the exterior walls of the of the office are insulated with 6" of stabilized earth verneer.
